Uses

Tapenades are so versatile, they can be used in a multitude of ways. Great for adding a burst of flavour to casseroles, sauces, gravies or whatever takes your fancy - your cupboard should never be without them! Simply serve on a platter with grissini and other Always Fresh delights to nibble on with pre-dinner drinks. A healthy dollop of tapenade goes wonderfully well with grilled fish, such as a snapper cutlet or tuna steak. Try any flavour with sourdough bread, bruschetta, foccacia or pita bread triangles. To add more flavour to pastas and risottos, simply spoon in the tapenade during cooking. The tapenades can also be used on gourmet pizzas, in place of tomato paste. If you make your own salad dressings, try adding a spoonful or two of the tapenade for added flavour.
