Wipe the mushrooms clean.
Combine relish, cheeses, almonds and parsley; fill mushrooms with cheese mixture.
Place the mushrooms on a lightly greased baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
