• Orange, thinly sliced
• Avocado, thinly sliced
• Cos lettuce leaves
• Goats cheese, cubed
Always Fresh Balsamic Vinegar
Always Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Cracked Pepper
• Sea Salt
• Microherb


Arrange lettuce leaves, avocado, orange slices and goats cheese on a square plate.

Whisk 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of balsamic  vinegar.

Drizzel over salad.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with microherb.
