Ingredients
- Always Fresh Italian Cheese Focaccia Crackers
- Always Fresh 97% Fat Free Vinaigrette Tomatoes
- Always Fresh Deli Style Kalamata Olives
- Chunky basil dip
- Bocconcini cheese, halved
- Pine nuts, lightly toasted
- Basil leaves
Method
- Serve focaccia crackers on a rectangular platter alongside bocconcini cheese and loosely scattered olives, semi dried tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Spoon dip into a small bowl and place on top of the platter. Garnish the dip with toasted pinenuts and basil leaves.
