"A smooth and creamy lightly smoked pate"

The lovely smoky flavour and creamy texture of this gourmet pate make it a delicious accompaniment to ciabatta toasts or thinly sliced sourdough rounds. Available in a 125g pack from the chiller.

Serve in Style

Serve this uniquely shaped pate straight onto your platter. To ensure you keep the shape,  remove tub from sleeve and immerse tub into hot water (with seal intact) for up to 10 seconds, remove from water, peel seal and turnout to serve.  This will ensure that the shape of the pate, or the aspic is not damaged in anyway.

Position the pate on one end of a long rectangular platter and serve with an array of accompanying bases.  For example, serve wafer crackers, crustini toasts, and warm turkish bread. Add a sprig of rosemary on the platter as a simple and elegant garnish.
