Classic reds have a range of characteristics that partner perfectly with certain dishes.

Pinot noir
Characters: Sweeter, suggestions of lighter berry and floral flavours
Food styles: Beef stroganoff, roast chicken, gruyère cheese

Merlot
Characters: Fine berries and sweet spices
Food styles: Sweet, mild curries, turkey and tuna

Cabernet Merlot
